Safer London Business Partnership would like to invite its BCRP members and partners to our “Getting a Grip” licensing event.
“Getting a Grip” is for licensed premises who employ 300 or more people, and is to be attended by general or security managers. The Mayors Night Czar, Amy Lamé, will open the event, and discuss her plans for the night time economy in London and any security or safety concerns.
When: Tuesday 30th May 2017, 13:00-16:00hrs
Where: Hippodrome Casino, Leicester Square, WC2H 7JH
There will be representatives from SOTER Protective Services who will provide interactive crime scene demonstrations, including forensic awareness and incident management. This will allow delegates to consider their response to effectively meet licensing and safeguarding objectives and thereby minimise any adverse impact on the reputation of their business.
The event will be closed by Metropolitan Police Service Superintendent, Roy Smith. There will be time available after the event for delegates to ask questions and network with one another.
The agenda for the day is as follows:
12:30 – Arrival and registration
13:00 – Introduction by Safer London Business Partnership
13:10 – Simon Thomas, CEO & Chairman, Hippodrome Casino
13:20 – Amy Lamé talk on the night-time economy in London
